Medical monitor arms can be divided into 2 groups, these are the medical monitor supports for ceiling mounting and the medical monitor supports for wall mounting.
These products are specially made to make work easier in, for example, household posts, dental practices and hospitals. Due to the size of these medical arms, they have an extension of up to 1.70 meters, which also makes these products very flexible. The arms are rotatable and tiltable and can be moved in any direction. The screens on these brackets can also be rotated 360 degrees.
The medical arms have a metal bracket behind the screen on all models. You can grab the bracket on this metal bracket and move it towards you. This metal bracket is there for ease of use but of course also for hygiene. The brackets are easy to clean, and the screens do not need to be touched (with the exception of the touch screens of course).
The medical ceiling brackets are divided into 2 groups, standard and HC [High Capacity]. The standard medical brackets can support screens weighing 6 kilos, the high capacity medical supports can support a weight of 12 kilos.
NB! the medical arms have a maximum connection size for the screens of VESA100 (10cm x 10cm). Do you now have a monitor with a larger connection size, but does it fall within the weight class? This is no problem. You can use a Vesa adapter plate to make the bracket suitable for your monitor.
