When you place an order at TVbeugels.nl you have 14 days to view your order, this is the legal cooling-off period. You may return your order to us during this cooling-off period without giving a reason.
When we receive the item in good order, you will receive the purchase amount back. When you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the items you ordered are at your own expense.
The refund of the purchase amount + original shipping costs will always be made in the same way as the original payment, unless you have agreed to a different payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receipt of the revocation.
Returning items ordered from TVbeugels.nl
- The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you receive your order, provided there is a delivery confirmation from the shipping service.
- It is not possible to return an item outside the 14-day reflection period mentioned.
- The items must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. You are responsible for properly packaging the items to be returned.
- When an item is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refund part of the purchase price. This must always be well-substantiated and the percentage that is withheld must be proportional to the damage found to the item or packaging in question.
- Returning items is at your own risk. Any damage incurred during transport will be taken into account when assessing the condition of the returned goods. It is therefore advisable to always pack the items well before returning them.
- It is not possible to receive a replacement item. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will refund the purchase amount. If you want a replacement item, you can place a new order for it on TVbeugels.nl.

- Drop off the package at a parcel service of your choice. Any shipping costs are for your own account.
Shipment refused or not collected at service point:
If your order is returned because it was refused at the door or because it was not collected from a service point within the specified period, we will process the shipment after deducting the actual shipping costs of €7.50 per package .
Return processing time
Returns received will be assessed and processed by TVbeugels.nl within five business days. After processing the items you returned, you will be informed as soon as possible about the status and further steps regarding your return. The refund is usually made within a few business days, but can take up to 14 days.
Warranty
TVbeugels.nl offers a factory warranty on the offered items. If you return an item within the warranty period of the first one that meets the warranty conditions, the costs for returning your item are for the account of TVbeugels.nl

What is excluded from the warranty?
Excluded from the Warranty are all damages caused by:

Complaints
If you have a complaint about an item you purchased from TVbeugels.nl, you can submit this complaint in writing via email: info@tvbeugels.nl We will send you a confirmation of receipt no later than the next working day. We will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt. If, against all expectations, more time is needed to arrive at a thorough response, we will inform you of this within the aforementioned 14 days.
