Returns and Complaints

When you place an order at TVBarracks.nl you have 14 days to check your order for completeness and to return it to us without giving any reason. When we receive the item in good order, you will receive your purchase price back. When you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the items you ordered are at your own expense. The refund of your purchase amount + original shipping costs will always be made in the same way as the original payment, unless you have agreed to a different method. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation.

Returning items ordered from TVBarracks.nl

  • The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you receive your order, provided there is a delivery confirmation from the courier service.
  • It is not possible to return an item outside the stated 14 day cooling-off period.
  • The returned items must be sent complete and undamaged (if reasonably possible in undamaged original packaging).
  • If an item is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refund part of the purchase price. This must always be well substantiated and the percentage withheld must be proportional to the damage found to the item or packaging in question.
  • Returning items is at your own risk. We will include any damage incurred during transport in assessing the condition of the returned goods. It is therefore advisable to always package the items properly before returning them.
  • It is not possible to receive a replacement item. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will refund the purchase price. If you want a replacement item, you can place a new order on TVBarracks.nl

How can items be returned to TVBarracks.nl?

  1. Report your return by contacting our customer service via: info@tvBarracks.nl or 088 – 112 0500
  2. After the return has been reported to customer service, you can order a return label via our return portal .
  3. It is also possible to return your package yourself without our return labels. The return may be sent to:

  1. Check the items for completeness and package them properly. Make sure the invoice is attached!
  2. Deliver the package to a courier service of your choice. Any shipping costs are at your own expense.
  3. If you would like to receive a return label via TVBeugels.nl, please use the return portal . The costs of this return label are €7.50 (within the Netherlands). You do not have to pay this amount to PostNL or DPD, we will arrange this for you. A return label from Belgium costs €12.50 and is only available via DPD. These return labels must be requested from customer service.

Processing time of a return

Incoming returns will be assessed and processed by TVBarracks.nl within five working days. After processing the returned items you have sent, you will be informed as soon as possible about the status and further developments regarding your return shipment. The refund is usually made within a few working days, but can take up to 14 days.

Guarantee

TVBarracks.nl offers a guarantee on the items offered. If you return an item within the warranty period that meets the warranty conditions, the costs for returning your item will be borne by TVBarracks.nl

What is excluded from the warranty?

Excluded from the warranty are all damages caused by:

  • Intention or negligence
  • Improper use
  • Negligent maintenance
  • Usual wear and tear
  • Failure to follow or incorrectly follow the information provided in the attached manuals

Complaints

If you have a complaint about an item you purchased from TVBarracks.nl, you can submit this complaint in writing via e-mail: info@tvBarracks.nl We will send you a confirmation of receipt no later than the next working day. We will respond to the complaint substantively within 14 days of receipt. If it unexpectedly happens that more time is needed to provide a thorough answer, we will inform you of this within the aforementioned 14 days.

If you find this more desirable, you can also contact the 'mediation' department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation. TVBarracks.nl is affiliated with this. If, for whatever reason, the mediation attempt cannot lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
